The Challenge
The ensemble was managing wedding and event bookings through handwritten agendas and messages lost across social media. There was no online presence capable of justifying premium service rates or converting visitors into clients.
Our Solution
We didn't build a brochure site — we built a booking engine. The design blends a modern, airy aesthetic with subtle elements from Moldovan culture, optimized for conversion. An interactive flow lets clients select a date, event type, and logistics in minutes; the booking lands instantly with management. A secure admin dashboard acts as a mini-CRM: event calendar, automated financial balances (deposit received vs. outstanding), and a complete client history.

Before / After
| Before | After |
|---|---|
| Bookings kept in a handwritten agenda | Every reservation lands in one calendar |
| Messages scattered across social platforms | One interactive flow for date, event type and logistics |
| Finances tracked from memory | Deposit received vs. outstanding, always visible |
| A presence that undersold the service | A premium site that justifies the rates |
