Our Solution
We replaced manual data entry entirely with automated extraction (Puppeteer). The agent enters only the MC or USDOT number — the system instantly fetches the company's address, fleet size, and contacts from the government database. Calls and SMS messages are initiated with a single click directly from the CRM (RingCentral). A timezone-aware calendar prevents calls at inappropriate hours. Email templates include an auto-generated savings calculator built on the extracted data, proving the offer's value with real numbers.
